EXHIBIT DATE & TIME:
Friday July 18th, 2008 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
REQUEST FOR EXHIBIT SPACE:
All requests for exhibit space must be made on the ON-LINE Exhibitor Contract.
The selection of exhibit space is on a first come basis; no space will be reserved without the receipt of full payment. No exceptions will be made. Booth selection will be released by January 1st, 2008, if payment has not been received by LAAIA office.
EXHIBIT SPACE:
All exhibit spaces are 10’x10’ and will include a 6’ table, draping and dividers, 2 chairs, garbage can, electrical hookup of 5 amp (if you need more amp you must EXPO Convention Services) and a 7”x44” identifications sign with your company name on it. You will be receiving an information package from EXPO Convention Contractors, to help you with any additional needs you may have. $1,100.00 Members *($1,200 after April 15th, 2008)

$2,900.00 Members *($3,000 after April 15th, 2008)

You are allowed three team members in each booth at no extra cost. Everyone working the booth must wear an exhibitor’s badge at all times. Each Additional exhibitor badge requested will be subject to an additional $15.00 charge. Your booth fee also includes 2 tickets for Friday’s Association Luncheon.
EXHIBIT INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING:
Exhibit installation is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM Friday July 18th only. DISMANTLING is immediately after the trade Fair and must be completely over by 9:30 PM Friday evening. No exceptions will be made. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO STAY THROUGH THE ENTIRE CONVENTION EXHIBIT HOURS AND MAY NOT DISMANTLE BEFORE 7:00 PM ON FRIDAY. NO POP GUNS, AIR HORNS, CONFETTI OR MOTORIZED VEHICLES (WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL FROM HOTEL) ALLOWED IN EXHIBIT AREA.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
FULL REFUND UNTIL January 1st, 2008 50% REFUND UNTIL April 15th, 2008 NO REFUND AFTER MAY 15th, 2008
HOTEL ROOM RATES:
You must contact The Doral Golf Resort & Spa and request the LAAIA group rate for the Convention, which is $115.00 per night. The reservation number is (305) 592-2000. The association is not responsible for any room reservation or cancellation.
