LAAIA Continues 20 Year Tradition of Donating to Holtz Children’s Hospital
Funds benefit the Child Life Services Department
Continuing it’s more than 20 year tradition, the Latin American Association of Insurance Agencies (LAAIA) made an annual donation to Holtz Children’s Hospital Child Life Services. LAAIA was honored this year to be recognized as a Golden Angel for its support of the hospital. Over the years their donations have been used to purchase IV wagons, hire a music therapist, obtain musical instruments and buy supplies for the Child Life Services Department.
“I am grateful to our wonderful sponsors and to all of those individuals who contributed in order for us to exceed our annual fundraising goal,” said LAAIA Charity Committee Chair Lissette Perez of LP Insurance. “The Child Life Services Department is very dear to LAAIA and we are proud to continue our tradition of supporting them and their young patients.”
Sponsoring this year’s campaign were Security Premium Finance, Ascendant Commercial Insurance, Wright Flood, People’s Trust and Allrisks.
