This year the tradeshow will be on: Friday, August 23rd, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (The exhibit hall does not close for lunch)
Exhibitor Move-in: Thursday, August 22nd, 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM & Friday, August 23rd, 7:30AM - 9:30AM
Exhibitor Move-out: Friday, August 23rd, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
All carriers must be packed up and out of the exhibit hall by 7:00 PM


  • Single Booth (10x10): $2200
  • Double Booth (20x10): $3300
  • Premium Double Booth Space (20x10): $4400
    • Premium locations include entrance and middle aisle double booths.


Exhibitors receive the following included with your booth purchase:
Single Booth: 4 exhibitor staff passes with lunch included
Double Booth: 6 exhibitor staff passes with lunch included
Premium Booth: 8 exhibitor staff passes with lunch included
Additional exhibitor staff passes will be available for purchase for $100 each. Additional passes can be purchased once our event registration opens.
Please note: Evening networking events are an additional cost per person**


  • Each 10x10 booth area will be provided with the following:
  • 8' high blue background drape, 6ft skirted table, two chairs, a wastebasket, a booth identification sign
  • There will be guest WiFi provided in the convention hall, if your booth needs a more robust wifi for speed, downloads, presentation, etc. Wifi can be purchased via the hotel IT department.
  • Electricity will NOT be provided at your booth. To purchase, you must click the link provided to order directly through the AV company, Encore. Use code: ENLAAIA20 for 20% off your electricity order.  Click here to order electricity for your booth.

Exhibitor Portal- Important*
Alliance Nationwide Exposition will contact each exhibitor inviting you to log into the Alliance Online Exhibitor Portal. The email will be sent from [email protected]. In the portal, each exhibitor will be able to manage shipping information, view customized options for booth setups, and additional information. 
Booth staffing
All booths must be properly staffed during open exhibit hours on Friday, August. 23 from 9:30 am- 4 pm. The LAAIA is not responsible for lost or stolen items if the booth is left unattended at any time.
Food and Beverage
All food and beverages must be purchased through the JW Marriott Marco Island. No outside food or beverages will be allowed to be given out at your exhibit booth. Contact Beth Antognini at [email protected] for food and beverage options.

Event Attendee List
All exhibitors will receive the event attendee list two by email (2) weeks before the event start date. The attendee list will be found in the "Know Before You Go" email. 
Self- parking is $35 per vehicle/per day and valet parking is $45 per vehicle/per day. Valet is through the Front Drive and self-parking can be found across the street from the main entrance of the hotel. Those coming for the day do not have in/out privileges. Hotel guests will pay the same price and have in/out privileges.
